I love Alicia’s classes! She is easy to follow and I really appreciate when she assists me with my poses. Her class is perfect for beginners because she explains why we are doing each pose, making it a great learning experience.

Leah is awesome - this class is 75% flow and 25% restorative, which is exactly what I like. Thanks Leah and Barefoot Movement!

It was an easy basic yoga class with some good stretching. Parking is a bit difficult to find so plan to come early and there are street and garage parking only.
Fundamentals with Alicia
Another instructor was subbing for Alicia during this class. It was a great class to end the day. I think it could have been a little more challenging, even as a Fundamentals class, but otherwise the sub taught a mindful session, good flow, and provided helpful corrections throughout the hour.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
