So happy I finally found a yoga class in SF (just moved a month ago) that I LOVE.
Vinyasa All Levels, Heated with Robin
Good class but way too hot for me. Id prefer to feel my body heat from the inside rather than to be in a hot stuffy room with no circulating air.

Robin's classes are always awesome. So good for the body as well as the soul.

Rebecca loves what she does and it clearly shows. I loved the mantras/singing and her heart language throughout. However, I felt that the sequencing was not very inspired or creative. We did many, many high lunges and several chaturangas. It felt a bit boring and like fillers. This is an all levels class, but if youre an absolute beginner, I think youll feel a bit lost as poses arent broken down. This was a good way to end my day, though. The class was advertised as heated, but was not very heated at all.

Not an easy class / place to join for the first time as a non hardcore yogi. Loaner mats are slippery af. Class is really long. Lots of chanting and stuff at the beginning and the end. Some people really enjoy teacher is nice but its not the workout for me. I much prefer Ritual Hot Yoga: beats, hard work, and sweat on a towel in the dark.

Love Rebeccas class but was hard to hear her over the music in the back

5 stars for the teacher but 4 because it was definitely not heated - most of the class was cold. If youre looking to break a sweat, you probably wont in this class.

One of the worst yoga classes Ive ever taken. The flow was terrible and there was no warm up whatsoever. Crow and handstands were 10 minutes in. The room also wasnt hot so I didnt even sweat which is crazy for a heated class. She didnt do any corrections and didnt even assist people who were clearly confused by her unclear directions. Will not sign up for one of her classes again.

One of the absolute best instructors Ive ever had. Truly amazing class!
