Freestyle (All Level) at VRV3 Studios
About this class
Not sure what freestyle is or how to get through it? This class is for you! After a movement-based warm up, you will learn exercises to help you get more comfortable with the pole moves you do know and how to let your body go with the music. A small combo will be taught each class as a base, but you'll be encouraged to experiment and try your own pole moves as well. Leggings and knee pads recommended, but not always needed. Not for first-time polers, we recommend at least 3 pole classes.
