About this class

Are you ready to SWEAT into the next level of training? This is a high intensity, interval and cardio training class targeted directly at burning calories and weight loss. Watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of running, jump rope and calisthenics through multiple rounds of strength work, each followed by an intense cardio challenge. You will have fun, you will be out of breath and as the name implies… you WILL SWEAT!

How to prepare

Comfortable workout attire that you can sweat in! We also have lockers to store your stuff and towels to keep the sweat out of your eyes. If you are new to TRX Training Center you MUST arrive at least 15-20 minutes before class time or you will not be permitted to take class. After 5 minutes, no entry will be allowed into class.

Located at 1660 Pacific Avenue. Big yellow and black signs, you can't miss us!

the instructors was real encouraging and helpful to ensure everyone was using proper form. I love this studio cause they care more about doing the movement right than speeding through the reps and hurting yourself.

What is ClassPass?
