A very spiritual class with meditation, stretch, and a very slow flow that breaks down the movements. Helps build foundations for faster flows. Dee is great. Clear and approachable, and the class doesn’t have so many people (8am Saturday) which is great. I don’t like the environment of the studio though. The layout is kind of weird and the air feels stuffy thereZ

Really liked the yoga studio and the friendly, calm vibe. This class was nice but was hoping “beginner” meant it’d be more foundational — instead it felt it was a little too slow. Will try another one of their classes!

Dee was great! As someone returning to practice a decade later, her instruction during the beginners class was exactly what was needed. I’ll be back!

The instructor verbally delivered step by step details of the poses, but I learn much better when shown visually so there was a few times I was a little confused.

Incredible. Best yoga class Ive ever been to. Caroline was so good at reminding us to do what feels good for our body today, which I think allowed me to do much more than I would have otherwise. Loved it

Very focused on helping you find the right positions for moves. Lots of tiny movements create a deeper stretch. Great for beginners and those with more experience who are looking to put more emphasis on each pose.

I think the instructor was great and the class was relaxing, just not what I was looking for personally. I needed more sweating and less relaxing!
