About this class

45 minute class – similar format as a Dailey Barre class. Designed to help you get a great workout and get back to work within an hour. The cuing and pacing are quick, but options and modifications are given regularly to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise. Movement is layered on after form and alignment are perfected.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required, and you can also purchase their trademark Dailey Method grip socks at the studio.

How to get there

We are located in the outside courtyard in the center of the block off Spear Street. Valet parking in the building is available at these times ONLY - no exceptions: M-F before 9am and after 5pm - $4 for 2 hours Weekends - available for all classes - $4 for 1.5 hours The validation for the discounted rate must be purchased at our front desk.

What is ClassPass?
