How it works

About this class

Their signature barre class, this class is good for all levels of clients. The cueing and pacing is relatively quick but options and modifications are given regularly to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise. Movement is layered on after form and alignment is perfected. This is the ideal class to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.

Dailey Barre with Sophia
This class was challenging in a good way! Sophia really pushed us and kept us going til the very end. Great sweat.
Dailey Barre with KJ
This class is low impact, high intensity. I definitely felt my abs shaking and all the other parts we were working out. It’s well structured to give you time to breath in between reps and stretch. The instructor was great at making sure you do the moves right so that you’re really getting the most out of the class. Will definitely take again.

Love Dailey method!
Dailey Barre with Kira
Hello. This was my very first barre class. I am grateful for the experience. A few notes: The class size was nice with about 7 students including myself. The instructor had lots of energy and moved very fast. Thus, for anyone who is not familiar with barre exercises, please take a beginners’/gentle/basics type of barre class first to get nicely acquainted with the movements/positions/etc. because this class was pretty fast paced and I wasn’t 100% sure of my posture, positions, and where I was supposed to feel the burn and stretch even though I am a fast learner and have done similar types of exercises before. P.S. I do not recommend this class for anyone who is recovering from injuries.
