About this class

Their signature barre class, this class is good for all levels of clients. The cueing and pacing is relatively quick but options and modifications are given regularly to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise. Movement is layered on after form and alignment is perfected. This is the ideal class to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged.

How to prepare

Wear socks (that cover your toes please) for all Barre classes. For Dailey Cycle classes, you must have clip in cycling shoes (with SPD cleats) or you can borrow them for FREE at the studio.

How to get there

There is metered parking in front of the studio on Ashby Avenue, or free street parking (2 hours) on all of the neighborhood side streets.

This class was great and involved several stretches/activities I hadn't done in previous classes (though I suppose the last time I took a class was last year). I was so happy to have Michele as an instructor for the first time and really enjoyed her personal, engaging, and helpful energy. It was a fun class. :)

This was my first barre class. I really enjoyed it and Kira was a good instructor- it was easy for even inexperienced me to follow what she wanted. I think I will probably be sore in most places tomorrow. I wasn't expecting to like it (I only went to meet up with a friend) but I think I may go back!

This class was challenging in a good way! Sophia really pushed us and kept us going til the very end. Great sweat.

This class is low impact, high intensity. I definitely felt my abs shaking and all the other parts we were working out. It’s well structured to give you time to breath in between reps and stretch. The instructor was great at making sure you do the moves right so that you’re really getting the most out of the class. Will definitely take again.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
