5 rounds of: 15 KB swings at 80lbs 10 v ups 10 overhead press with 2x35lb kettlebells. Failed on 3rd rnd and last two were at 2x26lbs

I always learn so much when I visit Kettlebell school. Its so effective the you cannot not go again if youve tried it at least once. Heather is excellent with designing circuits and informing forms!

Amazing workout. Rich insures you get your form right, exercise done, safely and in most effective way. Intensive training in all aspects (Cardio, core, lower, upper body) and youll leave the studio feeling like a new person. I loved the play list and the pace will always be right since its a compete against yourself:-) its definitely an intermediate course.

What is ClassPass?
