About this class

In this total body sweat session, you will utilize the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock as your workout partner while you flex, crunch, and invert. This class is your usual fitness - turned upside down! Activewear that covers the knees and the armpits is recommended. All levels are welcome!

How to prepare

__Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to sign in and have a hammock customized to you. __As it is unsafe and disruptive, latecomers WILL NOT BE PERMITTED after the class safety setup. __Empty hammocks are given to any standby clients exactly at class time. __Sleeved activewear that covers the armpits is recommended for comfort & hygiene. __Barefoot is best, but grippy socks are fine. __Please REMOVE RINGS AND OTHER JEWELRY before class. __The entire floor is padded - no yoga mats needed. The Raven team looks forward to flying with you!!

How to get there

Located on 7th Street between Folsom & Cleveland Streets. Street parking is available. AntiGravity studio, check-in, and restroom are all on the ground floor.
