About this class

In this total body sweat session, you will utilize the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock as your workout partner while you flex, crunch, and invert. This class is your usual fitness - turned upside down! Activewear that covers the knees and the armpits is recommended. All levels are welcome!

How to prepare

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Open spots may be given to standby clients at class time. For safety reasons, latecomers will need to wait for instructor approval before joining class. Also for safety, PLEASE REMOVE RINGS AND OTHER JEWELRY before class. Activewear that covers the knees and armpits is recommended for comfort & hygiene. AntiGravity classes are performed in bare feet or in socks with grippers. The entire floor is padded - no yoga mats needed! The Raven team looks forward to flying with you!

How to get there

Located on 7th Street between Folsom & Cleveland Streets. Street parking is available.

It was a little uncomfortable at first. I felt like the hammock was cutting into my thighs but in the long run it ended up being a much needed I-band massage. I came in stiff and sore and left feeling much better!

amazing. great workout,stretch, and inversions. I don't want to tell people about how good it is because space is limited to just about 12 people. great instructions. having some yoga or strength training is a plus.
