About this class

Pure Reform is a total body workout that targets, shapes, and defines all major muscle groups through resistance-based training. The 50-minute class merges Pure Barre Classic positioning and movements with resistance bands, sliders, and the barre to achieve some of the benefits of a Pilates Reformer / MegaReformer workout, without the need for heavy equipment. The class emphasizes a focus on both alignment and intentional movement, while still being musically driven, energetic, and fun.

How to prepare

1. New students please arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Barre Studios 2. We cannot accommodate anyone who is late 3. Come prepared with pants, legging or capris (no shorts), a top that covers your midriff + socks 4. Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5. Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6. Pregnant students: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine and alert your teacher for modifications

How to get there

You MUST arrive at least 15 minutes before class time your first time to our studio as you will not be permitted to participate without filling out the required waiver. There is usually 2 hour parking along the street, but plan extra time if you are planning to drive to our studio. We conveniently located are right next to Starbucks and across from Safeway.

I love the studio space , it’s big and pretty, Amy was very nice and helpful ! I love how she encourage students by calling our name !!! It makes me work harder and push myself more ! Will go back for sure !:)

I think the next time I take this class I’ll love it! Avoid the back wall, especially the corners, if it’s your first time. It’s very hard to keep up and see what’s happening because you really can’t see what the instructor and rest of the class is doing. You miss a good amount of the workout trying to figure out how you’re supposed to be positioned and, in some cases, you might not figure it out at all.

Great leg workout, but the abs section didn’t work my abs at all and is killing my lower back. Even as a Pure Barre regular I was struggling to make the sliders an ab workout. Definitely go in early and ask for form help!

Amy is incredibly nice, but the Reform classes aren’t as good as the regular PB classes in my opinion

What is ClassPass?
