Power up Pilates ProWorks style with a vigorous flow between yoga and Pilates in this athletic combo class. Through a mix of familiar yoga postures and Pilates core strengthening moves, you will sculpt, tone, and flow your way to a strong body and calm mind, while improving balance, flexibility and stamina. Many modifications make this 55 minute full-body workout accessible to all levels.

How to prepare

For PILATES, BARRE, and TONE & FLOW classes, grippy socks are required (sold in studio). For MATBOX please have gloves, wraps, and socks. Wraps may be purchased in studio for $10. Gloves may be purchased in studio for $35. Rental gloves are also available for $2. For BOOTCAMP classes, please wear sneakers.

How to get there

Street parking only. Please arrive early to class. No admittance to class after 10 minutes.

I loved the class itself but the floor needs to be better attended to--- there were lots of hairs and fluff which was gross during a yoga type class!

Teacher's style was very brusque and not yoga-y, so you have to be down with that. But it was a good class--he's nice and is really attentive about correcting form

I'd suggest this class for someone who isn't into yoga that much or wants kind of a lighter workout, I wouldn't say this was the biggest burn ever. The instructor was great, very energetic and excited about the class. Engaged us well.

Mats were slippery so it was difficult to do some yoga poses. Music from Pilates class in next room was loud & distracting.
