Tone and Flow with Heather
It would have been much better if it was done bare foot on a yoga mat because it was 80% a yoga class. Instead, they make you wear grippy socks on a somewhat slippery surface. My feet kept sliding around in my socks. Not a great experience over all. The boxing bags in the back were awkward indeed as others mentioned. The one behind me was blocking my leg movement for sure.
Tone and Flow with Heather
Not really a yoga class, and not really a pilates class either. Teacher was nice but the space for the yoga room was really akward. I'd definitely come back to try a reformer class though.
Tone and Flow with Heather
This would be better if it were called a yoga class, had yoga mats, and not obstructed by boxing equipment
Tone and Flow with Heather
Good class for me. just the right amount of difficulty
Tone and Flow with Heather
They marketed this as a Pilates experience, but it was in reality yoga on the floor with socks. While the yoga instruction was of good quality, it felt misleading and wasn't a super pleasant experience.

This is a great after-work workout!
Tone and Flow with Heather
Decent class but super awkward room set up with the boxing bags.
Tone and Flow with Heather
Space is not right for yoga, and lack of mats seems unsanitary.

Tough workout! Make sure to wear grip socks!
Tone and Flow with Heather
I thought it was a good class and a fine alternative when other classes are not available. Heather gives good cues and did her best to help those new with the poses or needing corrections. I guess Im just not as much of a fan of the hybrid and would prefer a straight Pilates mat class. I enjoy doing yoga but prefer to be able to focus exclusively on yoga for more than this 50 minutes allows. Still some good core sequences.
