Power up Pilates ProWorks style with a vigorous flow between yoga and Pilates in this athletic combo class. Through a mix of familiar yoga postures and Pilates core strengthening moves, you will sculpt, tone and flow your way to a strong body and calm mind, while improving balance, flexibility and stamina. Many modifications make this 55 minute full-body workout accessible to all levels.

How to prepare

Grippy socks are required to be worn for Pilates classes on FitFormers. For matbox classes, they require boxing gloves and hand wraps. Bring your own or purchase at the studio. For TRX and BARRE X please wear sneakers.

I thought this class was going to be more of a body toning class - it was not. I hardly broke a sweat, and it was mostly stretching. Would not recommend taking the class if youre looking for a workout

All I have to say is Hanna freaking Stangebye. What a legend! I used to love workout classes, but recently I havent been connecting with them anymore. Hanna got me so excited doing this Tone & Flow class. It was the perfect combination of Pilates and Yoga. The flow was a good speed and the use of weighs added a fun challenge. I cant rave about Hanna enough. She was amazing! Im excited to take my next class with her!

I didnt love this class. It wasnt really a strong yoga class or a strong Pilates class. It tried to be both, but think Ill stick to this studios traditional reformer from now on.

I don't think I'll ever go back to a normal yoga, after this class! It's all the best parts of stretch sand extension I love in yogaa, but complemented by pulsing and light weight work to define the parts of my body that matter most to me. Hanna is a great instructor fully in command of the material, rhythm and keeping the class in order. no personal adjustments, but that may be the policy of the studio, cause were in constant flow.

I felt like I was going to re-injure myself with weights plus movement. Instructor led us into quick, jerky movements that I couldnt do 1) post injury and 2) early in the morning with limited flexibility. I wouldnt take this class again.

Was great for a quick workout after work! Great mix of working out with weights and stretching

This class was very yoga heavy with few Pilates exercises. Great for a low-key or restorative workout day
