Through a mix of familiar yoga postures and Pilates core strengthening moves, you will sculpt, tone and flow your way to a strong body and calm mind, while improving balance, flexibility and stamina. How to prepare

Grippy socks are required to be worn for Pilates classes on FitFormers. For matbox classes, they require boxing gloves and hand wraps. Bring your own or purchase at the studio. For TRX and BARRE X please wear sneakers.

Tone and Flow with Heather
It’s supposed to be a yoga/pilates fusion but it was difficult to concentrate on the meditation/relaxation part of practice with the reformer class going on on the other side of the wall. Also, I called to ask if I should bring a mat and was told no, then the teachers suggested I should have. Over all it was a mediocre experience.

enjoyed the mix of yoga and weights in this class. downward dogs helped stretch my legs while squats and lunches burned my thighs and glutes. I work out with weights often so will probably opt for heavier weights next time around, but still felt like I got a decent workout in.

Low intensity, basically a yoga class with reps and lightweight strength training. The transitions between exercises were odd. i wish the class flowed better.
