Through a mix of familiar yoga postures and Pilates core strengthening moves, you will sculpt, tone and flow your way to a strong body and calm mind, while improving balance, flexibility and stamina. How to prepare

Grippy socks are required to be worn for Pilates classes on FitFormers. For Matbox classes, they require boxing gloves and hand wraps. Bring your own, or purchase at the studio. Must be dressed and ready to go at the start of class. Studio doors will close 5 minutes after the class has begun. Absolutely no entry after the 5-minute mark. Thank you for your courtesy.

Not much of a flow, almost too much instruction for all the poses and cues for only having 3 people in class. Also very loud with music next door in other class, would recommend louder music/ nature sounds in this studio to be more focused. Could integrate either more weight use or Pilates style movement and instruction

Didn’t realize this wasn’t a reformer class. The instructor was good, but the room was crowded and the mat was super slippery.

This workout was good but Ive been to studios with better classes for half the amount of points. I think the pilates machine at this studio is probably a better workout and higher value than the tone and flow.

Heather was great! Her instruction was clear and she was very welcoming. The room isn’t necessarily set up for this class. You can also hear the class next door. Wearing socks is required and you slip around on the mat. I would prefer a yoga class vs a fusion class.
