Whoa! An amazing, rigorous workout. My abs were definitely still feeling it the next day.

slower pace than the normal class but still a work out. lisa pays such attention to detail and assists with adjustments and even provided a mini massage!!

Pretty good class. More may than reformer. The mat work ha done on the reformer which can be tricky though.
