Intense workout

Coach Yu seemed more like a personal trainer than a group trainer. The circuits were just okay. Probably the easiest HIIT class Ive ever taken.. need less breaks and more intensity.

Good workout for me, someone who hadnt worked out in a while, but would probably be too tame for experienced folks. The HIIT area was small and the music was not very motivating. But overall I felt the burn the next day, and didnt hate myself after doing it so would go again.

Class felt too crowded for the size of the space was generally low energy/not motivating. Instructions were also not very clear.
