How to prepare
First Timers: - Go to www.pelofitness.com to create your user profile (this is required to assign you to a bike) - For cycling classes, arrive 15 minutes early so you can get properly fit to your bike. If you are not early for your first class, you will not be allowed in! Wear comfortable, close fitting clothes and be prepared to get gloriously sweaty! Bike shoe rentals are available, you can bring your own SPD clip shoes or regular sneakers work too! Mats are provided for yoga. Showers w/ towels and amenities are available.
