About this class

If you have a strong foundation, you can build anything on it. Their 40-minute Foundation class is a great place to start for those who are new to CORE40. If you are new to the studio, we strongly recommend that you take a Foundation class first so that you can get comfortable with their equipment, their 40-minute format and the fundamental exercises. But don't let the name fool you into thinking this class is only for newbies. Veterans are welcome and will be challenged, we promise! You will definitely break a sweat as you strengthen, tighten, tone and stretch your body in this fun, intense, music-inspired group class.

First time doing pilates!Nitar brought me a great experience. The foundation class moves not that fast, good for first timer. It’s more about control and flexibility but also a lot work for core. Like the studio also. Will come again!

The class was great in terms of the quality of workout, but it felt more advanced than the foundation class I was expecting. The ramps were still used and transitions were quick without a lot of help from the instructor.

This was the best Core40 class I’ve ever taken. I couldn’t believe how sore I was the next day. Madison made the class fly by. Even though the location is out of the way I will be returning soon!

How to prepare

WHAT TO BRING/EXPECT: • A towel if desired (CORE40 is an ecoconscious organization and does not offer towel service due to the water waste it creates) • A water bottle, which you can fill using our filtered water system • Please wear anything you might feel comfortable doing yoga or running in • The CORE40 workout is done wearing grip socks.We have grip socks for sale at the studio • For COREcycle and COREcombo classes, spin shoes (SPD clip-compatible) or athletic shoes can be worn.Please bring your own shoes • Refer to our FAQs for more info

How to get there

PLEASE ENTER 1010# ON THE KEYPAD TO ACCESS STUDIO CLASS SWITCH POLICY:Drop-ins to a class other than your reserved time/location will be charged at $35 LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:Please arrive a few minutes prior to class start time. Your spot will be held up to the time class starts then it may be given to a standby client. If it's your first class, you MUST arrive at least 5 minutes prior class start time in order to get the machine rundown.If you don't arrive early you will be asked to reschedule your first class due to safety concerns.

What is ClassPass?
