How to prepare

Core Cycle: Sneakers or SPD cycling shoes are required, towel is optional Core 30/30: Non-Slip Tread Socks required (also sold at the studio starting @ $15), Sneakers or SPD cycling shoes are required, towel is optional NO RENTALS AVAILABLE •To reduce the risk of accidents and out of concern for everyone’s safety, glass bottles and open containers are not permitted in the studio.

How to get there

It is very important to arrive on time. If you arrive late and are not present when the instructor begins the session, your space may be given to a standby client. There is no grace period in this situation. Once class has started and your space has been given away, it is too disruptive to ask the drop-in client to get off the machine. To avoid this situation, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Refer to our FAQ section for more detail on our late arrival policy and other helpful info.
