About this class

HIIT 60 is a 60 minute High Intensity Interval Training class. Meaning we will be incorporating cardio interval training such as Tabata as well as doing strength training. HIIT is found to be a safe way to get your cardio done quickly instead of spending an hour on the cardio machines. HIIT improves maximum capacity (cardio power) rather than cardio endurance - improves your ability to go "higher" rather than "longer". HIIT is not recommended for beginners, but can be done by intermediate levels and any age.
