Muay Thai Conditioning with Ash
Awesome, challenging class! I had never taken a Muay Thai class before, but Ash was incredibly welcoming and supportive. Will absolutely be going back to keep learning.
Muay Thai Conditioning with Ash
Ash always pushes us hard and goes tough on us. The class size is always around 10 people or less and there is plenty of room.

I guess if you regularly come here you like it but honestly I was a little creeped out by the instructor. Also the class ended a good fifteen minutes early. Strong, solid workout... But getting called "girl" and having to do exercises where a person's head is at your breasts might be part of the culture but I definitely wasn't used to it. Gotta take a shower to get the icks off.

Really liked this class. You learned moves in a circuit style. It worked up a cardio burn right away but the learning curve wasn't too steep. I wonder how I'll feel tomorrow.... I definitely worked up a sweat pretty quickly and then it was over!

Awesome workout
Muay Thai Conditioning with Ash
May Thai conditioning was a good workout. I did not like that the instructor did not explain anything to me as a new student, so the other attendees had to teach me kicks and such. The instructor seemed very nice, knowledgeable and had a good rapport with his students, but he did not seem interested in teaching me as a new student or interested in whether I returned or not. I also did not see water readily available. FYI bring both shoes and socks as you'll need both at varying times.
