How to prepare

Socks are required for all class formats. Grippy socks are available for purchase at the studio. If taking a "Recharge" format, please bring Yoga Tune Up massage balls. Balls are also available for purchase or can be rented for $2.

How to get there

Please arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork. Socks are required.

Class, studio, and instructors are all amazing. However, as advised by the description for a class with recharge I purchased some yoga balls prior to class. I was the only person in class with my own. Once the recharge portion of class began free balls were passed out. A bit unfair to those of us who read the description and came prepared.

Very unique class. Great for cardio and toning. The instructor was so encouraging and it was a tough workout that felt good. I've never done anything like the ball rolling at the end but loved it. It was like a mix of cardio-Pilates, and then massaging yoga at the end. Nice mix of men and women. The owners were in the class and helped correct and did the workout!

What is ClassPass?
