This class was great fun! Definitely challenging for a first timer. Ability to do handstands and cartwheels is key. Definitely take the Intro to Acrosports class first. It seems most of the other people in the class were experienced beginners however the instructors were good about giving me exercises to build up to the more complicated tricks.

riana is amazing! Great instructor who gives really helpful tips and FEEDBACK. Learned a lot!

The class was less structured than I was used to. As a beginner to tumbling, I felt pretty apprehensive about jumping straight into a front handspring with such minimal instruction, but once I asked for more guidance, Mia gave me progressive exercises and personal feedback. By the end of class, I went from being afraid to even attempt a front handspring to getting almost everything in a front handspring but the landing. I definitely felt like I learned a lot and would love to come back to work on more tumbling skills. Also everyone was super nice and inclusive even though I was new to tumbling and brand new to the class. Definitely recommend.
Tumbling- Beginning with Mia
It's an introductory class and not much time is spent on one thing so if you're an actual beginner half the class is inaccessible due to pace. Teacher was helpful and I'll probably go back after some home practice.

Had a blast! Good facility and fun class.
Tumbling- Beginning with Mia
Definitely a fun and engaging class to get you jumping, rolling, flipping, keeping you challenged and sore for days! The only thing I would recommend is a little more guidance at the beginning since it's really easy to injure yourself with some of the movements. It's a great approach to dive right in and try things you didn't think you could do, but at the same time it's really easy to get hurt, in particular the neck. I would recommend this class for people who are interested in pursuing a continuous regime practicing acro. Because unlike most fitness classes on ClassPass, one class isn't enough to be fulfilling for super beginners, but it can be super rewarding if you come even once a week continuously. So I would recommend giving it 3-5 classes to get a full feel.
