About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1. New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2. They cannot accommodate anyone who is late. 3. Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required (no open-toed socks, shoes, or barefoot) 4. Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5. Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6. Pregnant clients: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine

They lock the doors after class begins... No lockers, only cubbies but with the locked front door it's fine

Really wish they had heavier weights at pure barre. Having only the option of 2 or 3 lb weights make this workout less intense than Id like.

The class was tough and fast passed but it was a really good workout. The instructor Madeline was really great and helpful. I also really enjoyed the music.

Brittany is a great instructor - encouraging, energetic, and bubbly. However, the ballet exercises on the bar were minimal, which is what I was expecting. If you like fast-paced aerobics and want to be challenged, this will be for you. If you want a deeper connection to your body and learn new skills besides toned abs, perhaps not.

What is ClassPass?
