About this studio

The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! Please be aware classes start on time and clients should arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will lock at the start of class. Socks are required!

How to prepare

1. New students must arrive 15 mins early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barres 2. They cannot accommodate anyone who is late. 3. Pants, legging or capris (no shorts) + top that covers midriff + socks required (no open-toed socks, shoes, or barefoot) 4. Shoes & cell phones are not allowed in studio 5. Please let the instructor know of any injuries 6. Pregnant clients: always consult with your doctor before beginning a new exercise routine

Instructor didn’t demonstrate the vast majority of the moves, the moves changed every 10 seconds or so (leading to utter confusion from me and about half the class), and there were no modification suggestions or injury inquiries. Not coming back.

What is ClassPass?
