Isometric Monkey Yoga
Not a traditional yoga flow, more of a martial arts yoga workout!

The instructor started off the class by quizzing us on yoga poses and talked the entire class. It wasnt very focused on breathing or meditation which wasnt my type of yoga class.

For me personally this class was zero stars. This is not what I look for in yoga. The instructor literally spewed nonsense NONSTOP for 90 minutes, and allowed people to constantly go in and out of the room for the duration of the class. IF all you look for in yoga is a workout, then perhaps youll get what you want out of this class. But if you practice yoga to find a mind-body connection, work on your breathing, or find inner peace, good luck finding it here.

Suzanne (the new instructor) is really great. Very structured class, holding poses a bit longer and working different muscles. She is very, very attentive and does a lot of corrections on our poses, which I really appreciate. Looking forward to going back to that her class.

What is ClassPass?
