The instructor was great but a terrible location for a class. Class space was located in the middle of the gym on the stretching floor

Gym was clean and the owner seems nice, but the workout, the trainer or the music was uninspiring. There were only 2 of us in the class but the workout did not feel personal or personalized to match our fitness level. Warmup consists of 5 mins of cardio, which was literally working on a cardio machine of choice for a solid 5 mins. Had I knew that, I would not have picked the rowing machine! The rest of the workout format was sets of exercises with a 60 seconds of work to 10 seconds on rest ratio, which is way too high of a work to rest ration. It is almost impossible not to lose interest after 60 seconds of side plank only to be followed by another 60 seconds of side plank. 2 more uninspiring exercises later, we repeated... 3 more times!! Anyway, the gym looks nice but the group classes need work.

Geoff was great! The other people that signed up ended up not showing so it was just us two. Was really appreciative he still held the class bc it was a much needed stretch and meditation! The guy really knows what he's doing.

Not impressed with instructor, he wasn't very professional. Also, the faculties could use some upgrades. There are mix-matched weights and not enough of the correct weights for everyone. Yoga mats are old and ratty.

Great strengthening and core workout. However, it's in the middle of the gym, so it's not going to have the relaxing ambiance that you may expect. But if you're only interested in a workout and the relaxing ambiance isn't important, this is perfect!
