About this studio

Live Fit’s group training classes are a highly personal and results driven fitness program. With a max of eight clients per session, small group personal training is a highly effective regimen. Your fitness trainer will lead your group to coach you through exercises on everything from rowers, bikes, TRX suspension system, cable system, dumbbells, functional training, core and more.

Exercises was alright. Instructor seemed to be pretty distracted by choosing songs to play which I feel should have been done before class.

A little confused about if the priority was to lift with control/good form, or as fast as possible. Few corrections that werent arbitrary (eg i was told not to lift with a split stance (a split stance is not bad) and a woman next to me wasnt allowed to hold two 3lb dumbbells in one hand (why??), but narrow straight-legged lunges (!), half-lifting dumbbells at lightning-speed, and literally laying down and peeling the body off the ground during push ups went uncorrected. All the exercises were listed in order on the wall and we went at our own pace. Even so, of the instruction, while friendly and engaged, just consisted of telling each person what we were going to do next, which was fine but not particularly helpful. At the start of class, Id suggest talking about the format of the class and if its just a race to see who can move the fastest (which is generally bad when youre lifting weights).

What is ClassPass?
