Hardest part of this class was gripping the hammock most of the time as my grip strength isn’t great. Fun class overall, sometimes feels like the hammock is pinching you for some inversions.

So much fun! It didn’t take long to get used to the hammock and Pam gave great instructions. I’m definitely going to take another class!

My favorite instructor so far! It was a structured class with clear instructions and modifications. She went around giving form corrections, and the aromatherapy and singing bowl at the end were perfect endings to the shavasana wind down. So sad they're closing on May 20 for good!

About this studio

Expand. Yoga is a Suspension Fitness boutique studio, offering anti-gravity yoga on hammocks for spine decompression, TRX for power, and restorative yoga for body and soul.

How to prepare

Wear workout clothes that cover the shoulders and legs. Cotton or cotton blend fabric is best since it is non-slippery. For tops: sports bra for females and nothing too loose for guys—remember, you will be upside down. For bottoms: if wearing tights, make certain they are opaque. If wearing sweats, tight around ankles is best. Do not wear socks unless they are sticky. You may need sticky gloves if you have weak grip. PLEASE NO JEWELRY OR PERFUME.

What is ClassPass?
