How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean!

Ok experience. Front desk staff seemed annoyed I was there via class pass. Lots of staff present, but no one offered to show me around or ask if I needed anything. A girl fell on the treadmill during my visit and not a single staff member came by to see if she was ok. Facility is clean, equipment seemed fine. Not planning on returning.

Karen was a great instructor, but the facilities were what you would expect of a gym group class.

Nice equipment, had plenty of weights, I think only 2 maybe 3 squat racks, 2 benches but had a nice sled push area. great gym during non busy times

Great mix of free weights and cardio but instructor completely ignores the rhythm of the music which can be distracting or off putting. There may have been a technical difficulty or trying new music program?
Cardio Kickboxing with Kara
This is more of a jazzercize class. Instructor needs to consider the tempo. Way too fast to get any true benefit from the kicks or punches. She emphasizes cardio at the expense of form and substance. You will sweat, but don't expect an arm/back/ab workout.
