bodyFi classes include strength and cardio components. These are targeted workouts with TRX, ViPR, Bosu, Kettlebells, PLYO and more! The studio does NOT have space for indoor bike storage.

How to prepare

Please bring a towel to class. The studio does NOT provide towels for group classes. Please also bring water, closed toe shoes, and a padlock (if you'd like to lock your things).

How to get there

You will not be permitted to take class if you arrive late. The studio also does not have space for indoor bike storage.

Studio didn't feel very clean and the instructor appeared pre-occupied the entire class.

Quick sweaty workout!

Did appreciate that Eden was attentive and correcting form, motivating. Good workout but not very smooth - telling us exercises and then remembering to have us warm up during, skipping songs multiple times, switching exercises after telling us which ones to do. Needs some more polish.

really loved the circular stretch on pilates reformer. Olivia is good teacher !

Instructor was very nice and the exercises were effective but this was not an intense workout, be prepared to get a bit warm but probably wont sweat. Its 30 min cycling through 3 rounds composed of 4 exercises you do twice before moving to the next round. Would be great to combine this with another cardio class back to back. The other TRX classes Ive dont at this gym were more challenging.
