About this studio

bodyFi classes include strength and cardio components. These are targeted workouts with TRX, ViPR, Bosu, Kettlebells, PLYO and more! The studio does NOT have space for indoor bike storage.

How to prepare

Please bring a towel to class. The studio does NOT provide towels for group classes. Please also bring water, closed toe shoes, and a padlock (if you'd like to lock your things).

How to get there

You will not be permitted to take class if you arrive late. The studio also does not have space for indoor bike storage.

Good workout. Wish I had known it was legs only (apparently they cycle through lower body, upper body, and full body). 4 stars because the workout space was sparse and Hal had a very interesting way of motivating our group...

Id recommend this class to my mom whos never done pilates before. For me, it was slow and I left needing another workout Instructor didnt seem very engaged and wasnt a great instructor. Facilitates were very basic.

Amazing! Although the time on the class is wrong it finished at 11:50am. Also please send the code because I thought it was close and it was my first time there! I almost left. I will definitely be back!
