How to prepare

Please bring a towel to class. The studio does NOT provide towels for group classes. Please also bring water, closed toe shoes, and a padlock (if you'd like to lock your things).

How to get there

You will not be permitted to take class if you arrive late. The studio also does not have space for indoor bike storage.

6-PACK: Personal Training STRENGTH with Hal
I used to have a personal trainer back in the day who taught me good form, but couldnt maintain it financially. My usual routine these days is either yoga or working out at home using small weights and my own body weight. This is a useful step from home workouts and self-regulating, to becoming gym literate and accountable again. Hands on, patient, chill vibes.

Jessi is a patient instructor who does clear demonstrations, so don't worry if it's your first time. Good for beginners, very low intensity. Locker room/ bathroom kind of smells.
STUDIO: TRX CIRCUIT30 with Eden
Instructor was wearing boots and had a terrible attitude. Way too short of a class for the number of credits. Will not be returning.
STUDIO: HIIT CIRCUIT with Eden
Very good workout however 4 starts since it is only 30 min and still several credits and the instructor wasnt super welcoming.
PILATES: Athletic Reformer & TRX Circuit with John
John is great - great instruction and a very challenging class!

Good class and the teacher is clearly extremely experienced and highly knowledgeable - however she is a bit impatient and not the most gentle instructor - all things considered though its a great class.
START: PILATES REFORMER with Lisa
Instructor was rather rude, gave unclear instructions and berated participants rather than give helpful corrections. Its unfortunate because despite this, it was a good, classical Pilates class.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
