I’ve been avoiding going to Barry’s because I typically hate running, but they managed to make cardio more fun for me! Loved the instructor - his instructions were clear, easy to follow, and his energy was great. Loved the variety of music between trap and the Pussycat Dolls! The facility was immaculate, and I enjoyed having a nice place to take a shower afterwards. (Also loved the juice bar after class for a post-class protein smoothie!) I’d definitely try Barry’s again :)

see all reviewsHaving completed nearly 500 classes on ClassPass, I can honestly say this was one of the most well instructed, motivating, and challenging classes I have taken. Carlos structured the class to accommodate all fitness levels and challenge multiple parts of the body at one time for a true full body workout. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but conveyed a genuine care and passion for his profession and students. If you’re anywhere close to this studio his class is a must! If I could give it 100 stars I would; great job Carlos!

see all reviewsI had been to this studio under previous ownership and I don't care for the front section of the space so I was relieved this class was in the larger back area of the studio. The person at the front desk was welcoming, Denis immediately introduced himself, and another instructor who was using the space before we got started also introduced himself. The 2 dogs milling around the studio didn't seem to care about me one way or another but I tried not to take it personally. ;) Denis was a great instructor. He knew everyone's name, gave consistent positive feedback, and helped everyone with their form. It was a challenging class but I left feeling accomplished because of the positive environment.

The locker room is pretty nice, but the class space is a little awkward since when you walk down the stairs youre basically inside it. Denice was super nice and our class only had three students. We did mat Pilates using balls as props. I had not done Pilates in a long time and this class made me remember why I love it. Its fun and relaxing and all those small movements count. The hour flew by! The one big drawback was the music - it was Muzak type music of mostly pop hits, although they did throw in the Game or Thrones theme in there too. It was annoying enough that I even would have preferred no music, and Im big on music during workouts. It sounded like we were in an elevator for a whole hour. Music aside, great class and Ill be back!
