see all reviewsJen was a tremendous instructor! She had a very warm & welcoming energy especially for myself as a newbee to this gym. From my understanding, this “Burn” class is new; It’s a high-intensity class with constant movement & short rest breaks! Your body will definitely be pushed to the limit in this class, but you will not regret that satisfying feeling you feel after such a great achievement. I was drenched in my own sweat at the end of the hour; & if you’re not, asked yourself, “Am I pushing myself enough?! Highly recommend this class if you are looking if you’re looking to increase your endurance, agility, strength, & overall tone of your body!
