Vaccination policies

We always recommend keeping up to date on vaccines, but we are currently not requiring proof of vaccines. This is subject to change along with CDC, SFDPH or CDPH guidelines.

Mask-wearing policies

We are not currently requiring masks in our facility although this is subject to change along with CDC, SFDPH, or CDPH guidelines.

Extra sanitation

We take pride in how clean we keep our facility. Machines, touch screens, benches, are sprayed and wiped daily with hospital-grade sanitizer. Yoga blankets are washed weekly, and mats are sanitized once a week. Additionally, members and guests are required to wipe down after using any equipment.

Limited capacity

Our edge is that we cap our classes at 8 people. Our studio is relatively small but with a big feel! This makes our classes unique as this creates a more intimate and cozy atmosphere with some individualized attention and more room to move!
