see all reviewsAnkit was great! I enjoyed being a part of his first class at Uforia and loved his chill but energetic vibes (not screamy, aggressive or boring, dead) and especially loved his dance moves on the floor! see all reviewsSandro arranges fun and thoughtful choreography. Yes, there will be 8 counts and you will be spending the whole class learning a dance sequence to one song. But there’s something fulfilling about that. He breaks down each move and slowly layers and speeds up dance sequences according to how the class is picking up on it - don’t be afraid to ask him to repeat moves or slow down! And even though there is set choreography, it’s virtual so you can free flow too. In fact, Sandro is so chill and encourages you to use the choreography as guideposts and add your own flavor to it. Such a fun class!

see all reviewsEnjoyed the class and liked that you could scale it based on how much weight you used. Instructor is really involved and watching everyone’s form to correct if needed. Love the emphasis on choosing the weight you want/feel is best, whereas most gyms/fitness classes push you to always go heavier.

see all reviewsI had been to this studio under previous ownership and I don't care for the front section of the space so I was relieved this class was in the larger back area of the studio. The person at the front desk was welcoming, Denis immediately introduced himself, and another instructor who was using the space before we got started also introduced himself. The 2 dogs milling around the studio didn't seem to care about me one way or another but I tried not to take it personally. ;) Denis was a great instructor. He knew everyone's name, gave consistent positive feedback, and helped everyone with their form. It was a challenging class but I left feeling accomplished because of the positive environment.

see all reviewsLove this gym. The space is not only big, it's wide, so it's easy to space out, find a spot somewhere to workout where you're not seen or in someone else's space the entire time, and just feel secluded. In a good way. The lights are dim and calming, in my opinion. I prefer this gym over Union St. or Chestnut, which are smaller and everyone can watch you workout. I'm usually in and out of those locations, while this one makes you feel comfortable to stay a while.
