About this studio

We believe workouts should be loud, sweaty and fun. Cycling classes should feel like a party on a bike. Hip Hop should be full of swagger. Getting stronger should mean getting gritty. REVOLUTIONS: a 45 mins dance & music inspired cycle class on our brand new Schwinn bikes. Get ready to sweat becasue we ride against more tension than most. GRIT: A perfect blend of strength and cardio. You'll experience high intensity intervals paired with badass beats to leave you lighter, sweatier, stronger and happier. HIP HOP CLUB: This class pairs progressive choreography with amazing Hip Hop music designed to have you dancing and sweating up a storm and dropping low. No need to have dance experience, this class is open to all levels.

Uforia Studios classes

How to prepare

We plan on making you sweat so come sporting your best sweat-friendly gear. We provide towels! Bring your favorite water bottle to fill up at our water station. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are required for Revolutions. We provide rental shoes for $3. Your first shoe rental is free! Athletic shoes are required for all Dance and GRIT classes. **Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. No admittance into class 5 minutes past the scheduled start time.

How to get there

First time visitors must arrive and check in 10 minutes before the start of class to receive a tour and get properly set up and situated for class. Any first time client who does not arrive 10 minutes early will NOT be admitted into class. ***For all other returning clients, no admittance into class 5 minutes past the scheduled start time.

What is ClassPass?
