About this class
Vinyasa is the most widely practiced Yoga style in the West. Students will be taught to link the breath with movements in mindful flow. Classes are fast paced and build strength, balance, and flexibility. All levels are welcome! Bring your yoga mats!

How to prepare
You'll sweat a lot in our classes, so remember to bring a towel and wear appropriate workout gear that will keep you cool. Bring a water bottle! Training shoes rather than running shoes are recommended Boxing classes - visitors are welcome to bring their own gloves and wraps. We sell both at the gym and have a limited amount of house gloves that students can use at no cost, but we only have handwraps to sell Fitness classes - wear appropriate workout wear, and wear flat shoes New Visitors - arrive 10 minutes early, or may not be admitted
How to get there
We are conveniently located at 1960 Harrison St, San Francisco, between 15th & 16th. There is ample parking available at 15th & Harrison in the UCSF lot (Open to the public).
