This class is designed for pregnant women to enhance the mind and body's ability to comfortably move through the phases of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. All stages of pregnancy welcome and supported.  A great place to be in community of other mothers.  Partners and caregivers welcome.

Studio was in a good location. The instructor made effort to learn studentss names, etc. Class was fine, but better suited for beginners and pregnant women who are farther along in pregnancy as it was slower paced.

Like the meditation piece of the class but I wish she didn't skip the introductions at the start. I like the community side of Prental yoga and think that's important and without that you don't get connected to other studios. The studio is very nice and teacher is knowledgeable but I would have preferred the introductions.

First time at this studio; Kyle was great but the space was less than ideal-- kind of a maze to find the bathroom/cubbies and studios separated by curtains and not walls are not at all soundproofed-- we could hear every word (and every note of music) of the class in the adjacent studio, which was really distracting.
