This class is designed for pregnant women to enhance the mind and body's ability to comfortably move through the phases of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. All stages of pregnancy welcome and supported.  A great place to be in community of other mothers.  Partners and caregivers welcome.

Relaxing and soothing class. Great for pregnant ladies that wants quiet and relaxing environment for their yoga practice that helps them to go through pregnancy.

Kari is amazing. I really enjoy her class every time. She gives great attention to detail for individual participants and offer customized poses based on each participants condition. She also provides great advice and tips for pregancy, labor and delivery. Highly recommended!

Great class and amazing instructor. Felt really good afterwards. I had some joint pain in my pelvis but it got removed thanks to the class!

Kari was so amazing. Absolutely lovely class. Really enjoyed the class with the community feeling.

Slow paced, very relaxing class. Almost fell asleep during the final queen pose. Focused on the stretching and working the muscles for pregnant women. I had pelvic bone pain but it no longer hurt after the class. Definitely worth investing 90 minutes to heal the body and feel calm and relaxed.

Studio was in a good location. The instructor made effort to learn studentss names, etc. Class was fine, but better suited for beginners and pregnant women who are farther along in pregnancy as it was slower paced.

What is ClassPass?
