About this class

The class is a more simplified, faster paced, 45-minute Dailey Method class that combines periods of high and low intensity movement for optimal cardiovascular results. The heart rate is elevated and brought down throughout the class while recovery periods are active. The interval training and fun upbeat music will give you the power and energy to bring your best to the more intense portions of The Dailey Method. Please note due to the fast paced nature and advanced alignment cueing in this class, the recommend all students to have completed 30 TDM classes prior to taking Dailey Interval.

How to prepare

Please wear socks. Dailey Cycle Shimano bikes require clipless pedals. Please bring cycle shoes with SPD cleats if you own a pair. Shoe rental is available for $5.

So many cardio squats! My legs were sore for 3 days straight! Be sure to bring the right socks. Every Dailey method has a slippery floor and regular socks will definitely not work (they have a socks only, no shoes policy). I was slipping all over the place in my socks which was very uncomfortable.

Dailey Method is one of my favorite barre studios. I frequent the downtown SF and San Mateo location and have enjoyed the variety of instructors however this is the first class that I really did not enjoy. The instructor was rude and unfriendly and the work out did not flow.

What is ClassPass?
