About this class

The class is a faster paced, 45-minute Dailey Method class that combines periods of high and low intensity movement for optimal cardiovascular results. The heart rate is elevated and brought down throughout the class, while recovery periods remain active. The interval training and fun, upbeat music give you the power and energy to bring your best to the more intense portions of The Dailey Method.

How to prepare

Wear socks (that cover your toes please) for all Barre classes. For Dailey Cycle classes, you must have clip in cycling shoes (with SPD cleats) or you can borrow them for FREE at the studio.

How to get there

There is metered parking in front of the studio on Ashby Avenue, or free street parking (2 hours) on all of the neighborhood side streets.

What is ClassPass?
