Great small clean studio full of warmth, light and an awesome painting of mitosis. My hips and hamstrings are tight, my body needs this class to supplement my other activities and work life.

I love simply balanced. Before I knew they were on class pass I did their $190 for 3 individual lessons after I had a lower back injury. Both Susan and Creta were great. You can really tell that they understand how the body moves and what your body needs without over straining it. The mat Pilates is gentle and effective, using slow small movements to strengthen your joints. I am a firm believer in the long term benefits of Pilates and having strong joints is so important for injury prevention. They really pay attention to form which so many cardio fitness classes and even some yoga classes do not. They are absolute professionals at what they do and I feel are even more effective than my physical therapist!
