About this class

Join our instructor team and work on inversions, everything from forearm stand, elbow holds and straddle up presses. We'll work on conditioning shoulder and core strength, and train fundamental handstand movement to build the foundation for strong inversions!

How to prepare

Bring booty shorts for pole classes and leggings for flexibility and aerial classes. We are located in suite 225 and to enter, you must dial 121 on the callbox outside the front door to be buzzed up to studio.

How to get there

Please note that the front door for the studio is on 8th street, next to California Carpets. There is a call box on the front door. Please dial 121# to be called up to the studio. They are located on the second floor in Suite 225.
