Take your fitness routine up a notch with some intensive core and flexibility training. We'll be playing with all of our favorite toys (medicine balls, BOSU, stability balls) to engage and strengthen your core. Then to alleviate 'everyday' aches and pains and improve tissue resiliency and joint function, we'll be stretching and foam rolling to enhance your mobility can help you take exercises to the next level.
