Aiki Principles at Heart of San Francisco Aikido
About this class
In the Aiki Principles class, their goal is to find freedom of movement and to connect sensitively with your own bodies and with your partners. The practice is based on the graceful and gentle forms of Kinomichi, an art that derives from Aikido, and includes some beautiful, non-falling options. This class is open to all adults and does not require any particular physical ability.
