About this class

In the Aiki Principles class, their goal is to find freedom of movement and to connect sensitively with your own bodies and with your partners. The practice is based on the graceful and gentle forms of Kinomichi, an art that derives from Aikido, and includes some beautiful, non-falling options. This class is open to all adults and does not require any particular physical ability.

Aiki Principles
Great class- very good paced for beginners and not rushed at all. Penny is very patient and attentive. Looking forward to learning more of this beautiful art.
Aiki Principles
This class was super fun! All the people were very nice and the teaching was great. It was less aggressive than other aikido classes I've taken, there was no throwing people around. Just going through holds and things mostly.
