About this class

CORE40® Ramped class is an innovative blend of core work, cardio and weight training specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely using the specially engineered, state-of-the-art Megaformer “M3" ™, along with the latest Ramped technology which inclines the Megaformer to ELEVATE your workout to the next level! If you don't wish to use the ramp technology in class, just ask your instructor to turn it off, and you'll get a modified (but still challenging) experience! This 40-minute, music-inspired, intense full body workout gets and keeps your heart rate up while targeting your upper body, lower body and core. Be careful ... you'll get hooked!

How to prepare

WHAT TO BRING/EXPECT... • A towel, if desired (CORE40 is an ecoconscious organization and does not offer towel service due to the water wastage it creates). • A water bottle, which you can fill using our filtered water system. • Please wear anything you might feel comfortable doing yoga or running in. • The CORE40 workout is done wearing grip socks (recommended) or barefoot. We have grip socks for sale at the studio. • Expect a high intensity class! • Refer to our online FAQs for more helpful info

How to get there

PLEASE ENTER 1010* ON THE KEYPAD TO ACCESS STUDIO CLASS SWITCH POLICY:Drop-ins to a class other than your reserved time/location will be charged at $35 LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:Please arrive a few minutes prior to class start time. Your spot will be held up to the time class starts then it may be given to a standby client. If it's your first class, you MUST arrive at least 5 minutes prior class start time in order to get the machine rundown.If you don't arrive early you will be asked to reschedule your first class due to safety concerns.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
