How to prepare

If this is your first time at Burn S.F., please arrive dressed and ready to go 15 minutes before the advertised class start time in order to receive your MANDATORY springboard orientation! If you are not there and ready 15 minutes before, you will not be permitted to participate! If you are late to class, your spot may be given to someone on our waitlist. Bring a yoga mat for all yoga classes!

Something just seemed really off today...his music wasn’t going with his instruction at all, the counting for every single move didn’t make sense (he says 5 more—I’m assuming it’s seconds), but it just didn’t make sense with the actual workout that was being done. It didn’t go with the music either which just didn’t make sense to me. He also didn’t explain things well because the movement wouldn’t take a long time. He would touch your body in spots where you were supposed to feel it but it made me uncomfortable. The instruction was not clear and concise to the point that my iWatch thought I stopped working out because my resting HR recovered while I was waiting. This compared to Lori’s class was quite disappointing.

Tough but energizing workout! Lee is great about making corrections when your form isn’t right, which I appreciate — with the right form, the workout is so much more effective!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
