POWER CYCLE with Jenn
So much energy with only two of us. Class went by so fast.
POWER CYCLE with Steve

POWER CYCLE with Steve
easy to follow instructor but lacking in energy.
POWER CYCLE with Jenn
Good workout with lots of fast songs. The class flew by!
POWER CYCLE with Steve
perfect. how a spin class should be!
POWER CYCLE with Steve
Wow. After 100's of spin classes with overexcited instructors who for some reason love to dance rather than bike or do push ups or tap the butt (all which one would never do on a real bike) comes an instructor who knows what's going on and who delivers such an AMAZING class. Spin classes need not be all frills and thrills, need no dance and need no telling , you just need someone who knows what they are doing and motivating. We did some weights in the middle during a cool down but overall such a great class. The instructor is mature and clear, does not feel like a class with a teenage kid at the helm who is high on sugar! wish there are more classes like this. loved the metrics and details which were able to push me to perform better and really make the class worth the time and money!
POWER CYCLE with Hannah
Good class. I got a really solid workout in! The class was pretty empty (like only 5 us in there).
POWER CYCLE with Carlos
Would have liked more instruction but a pretty good spin class
POWER CYCLE with Teresa
Was my first time. Interesting concept. Hard to hear what the instructor was saying.
POWER CYCLE with Steve
Really cool changeup from a rhythm cycling class. This was a SUPER hard workout and I really enjoyed it. Good music, and helpful instruction from Steve. I’m used to a spin class where you clip in, so it was a bit of an adjustment to have my feet in the cages but the bikes are super nice! Will be back!
