About this studio

Wheel House is a cutting-edge studio in the Embarcadero Center dedicated to the combination of yoga, core strength, TRX and indoor cycling classes. Each room is specifically designed to create the perfect balance of ambience and energy. Wheel House - voted best indoor cycling class in San Francisco and Best Yoga class in San Francisco for the last few years with over 130 classes a week! Our facilities include showers, digital lockers, towel service and no charge for a yoga props. Parking at any Embarcadero Center building is validated to 4 hours on weekends and reduced rates during the week - first hour free. NOTE: Cut off time for booking window is 30 mins prior to the start of class.

How to prepare

All yoga props and mats are provided. Check in at the front desk at the main studio before taking the 100 meter walk to the Yoga studio. Our bikes allow you to use cycling shoes that are fitted with SPD cleats or Look Delta. You can rent a pair upon arrival. Towel service and lockers are included. Parking validated during the week. You can get up to one hour free with reduced rates afterwards. It is free before 8am and after 5:30pm on weekdays and up to 4 hours on weekends.

How to get there

From the street level it's up the escalator and to the left. Look for the bright orange windows for the main studio in the corner. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINS BEFORE THE START OF YOUR FIRST CLASS. Check in at the main studio for all classes.

Carl has great energy. This class essentially makes sure you don't cheat by slacking as it measures various metrics displayed on screen. Awesome sweat session will def do it again

Amanda is so great! Her flow is playful and challenging, but she offers a lot of options for beginners, too. The facilities are great, as well. Love that they have yoga mats and blocks already set out for you. Will return!
