About this studio
The Dailey Method® is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga, and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one-hour barre exercise class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective, and safe. Proper alignment is our primary focus. Then each set of exercises is followed by a series of active stretches to develop more sculpted and supple muscles. How to prepare
Dailey offers something for Every Body: Dailey Barre: Our signature barre class. Dailey Basics: Ideal for clients new to the Method. There are fewer variations taught & more holds for deeper understanding of the practice. Dailey Interval: Faster paced, 45 minute class that focuses on cardiovascular strength while maintaining proper alignment. Dailey Fusion: Fuses the alignment focused elements of our Barre class with the cardio intensity of Interval. Dailey Gentle: Ideal for a softer, more relaxing barre experience.
How to get there
Located at the intersection of Piedmont Avenue and Pleasant Valley in Oakland, CA. Limited parking exclusively for our client is available in the lot next to the studio. Please wear close toed grippy socks to class (also available for purchase.) Bring a water bottle.
