About this studio

The Dailey Method® fills all of your fitness needs! Our signature barre class combines the best of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening and orthopedic exercises to improve your posture and strengthen & tone every muscle in your body. Add some sweat to your barre practice by trying out our 45-minute Dailey Interval class which uses larger movement and a faster pace to get your heart pumping. Dailey Fusion marries Barre + Interval to give you the best of both worlds. Want to get really sweaty? Try Dailey Cycle: 40 minutes of heart pumping, music driven cycling followed by 20 minutes of stretching, core strengthening & upper body work on the mat. (new to fitness or recovering from an injury? Dailey Basics or Dailey Gentle will help you ease in at your own pace)

How to prepare

Wear socks (that cover your toes please) for all Barre classes. For Dailey Cycle classes, you must have clip in cycling shoes (with SPD cleats) or you can borrow them for FREE at the studio.

How to get there

There is metered parking in front of the studio on Ashby Avenue, or free street parking (2 hours) on all of the neighborhood side streets.

Kyle has the best playlist and the most upbeat attitude (but not in an obnoxious over-the-top way).
Dailey Gentle with Kia
This was a great class as I am recovering from some weirdly intense lower back spasms (I also brought my never-exercises husband along, and it was good for him too!). It’s very choose-your-own-adventure in terms of modifications, and while definitely easier than a normal Dailey but still some opportunities to level up a bit. Kia was very attentive to form and everyone’s limitations. We will he back!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
