About this studio
The Bar Method® is a one-hour, non-impact total body workout. It starts with a warm-up, free-weight exercises and push-ups and then moves on to intense, isometric leg work at the bar, followed by abdominal work at the bar and on mats. Every exercise includes active stretching to elongate the targeted muscles. How to prepare
1. New students must arrive 15 mins early 2. Socks and pants required (no shorts) 3. Only non-breakable water containers allowed 4. No gum or cell phones 5. Instructors may adjust your body or call your name out in class 6. All pregnant students must bring a doctor's note clearing them for exercise before taking class, no exceptions. Pregnant students that are new to The Bar Method must take a prenatal class first. Returning students under 20 weeks may take a Mixed or Level 1 class. We strongly suggest that students over 20 weeks take a prenatal class to familiarize themselves with the necessary modifications before taking a Mixed or Level 1 class. **Childcare is now available to ClassPass members! How to get there
Please note that we do not have a parking lot. However, there should be plenty of metered parking in the area.
