About this studio

At SALT you will experience dynamic group fitness, combining intervals of explosive movement with isometric holds for an effective, safe, full-body strength and conditioning sweat fest! You will not be allowed to enter in after class starts so come early!

How to prepare

**Workout shoes are required in class! SALT recommends wearing low profile shoes with minimal heel drop to be comfortable throughout the plyometric and barre portions of class. Bring water and a towel (or rent one for $1)

How to get there

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early! You will not be allowed in class if late.

The format was all over the place. It was like the studio was trying to cater to too many types of folks. We never did anything long enough. Also, form was completely ignored by the instructor. I highly recommend not coming to this class for. True workout. Yes you bop around a bunch to sweat but you arent actually doing much.

Wasnt feeling the kickboxing portion. Felt all over the place but got a good sweat in.

Good class, but why are we doing sit-ups?? Theyre one of the top most dangerous (not to mention ineffective) exercises.

What is ClassPass?
