About this studio

At SALT you will experience dynamic group fitness, combining intervals of explosive movement with isometric holds for an effective, safe, full-body strength and conditioning sweat fest! You will not be allowed to enter in after class starts so come early! 415 562 8529

How to prepare

**Workout shoes are required in class! SALT recommends wearing low profile shoes with minimal heel drop to be comfortable throughout the plyometric and barre portions of class. Water and towels available for purchase and rental or you may bring your own! Towel Rental -$2

How to get there

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early! You will not be allowed in class if you arrive more than 5 minutes late as a returning client. All new clients must arrive 10 minutes early.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
