About this studio

At SALT you will experience dynamic group fitness, combining intervals of explosive movement with isometric holds for an effective, safe, full-body strength and conditioning sweat fest! You will not be allowed to enter in after class starts so come early!

How to prepare

**Workout shoes are required in class! SALT recommends wearing low profile shoes with minimal heel drop to be comfortable throughout the plyometric and barre portions of class. Bring water and a towel (or rent one for $1)

How to get there

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early! You will not be allowed in class if late.

Amazing workout! Works all muscle groups and is a great combination of strength and cardio. Would personally like a little more toning but loved it all the same and will be back! Great music too!

Shana was sweet. The exercises worked all body parts but a bit too much standing around in between demonstrations.

Hella salty is generally a great, efficient workout. This one felt less efficient - we didnt finish all the sets.
