Ritual Hot Yoga with Marissa
Enjoyed this class a lot, partially bc it wasnt crowded and partially bc I think I found a spot in the room that wasnt too hot. The studio is weird. The hallway with lockers is too small, I wouldnt be surprised if it doesnt follow proper codes. Everyone is in each others way and then on top of that, a bathroom door swings open and an already tight space becomes worse. Its easiest to jam out of there when class is done if you dont have to change or shower. Also, the actual studio is downstairs and its kind of scary. It worries me if there were to be an emergency, I think there is only one way in and one way out. All that said, the actual class was good. Hope they improve the studio and hope its safe for students and instructors.

Incredibly cramped studio, made me feel claustrophobic. Marissa was great though.

Studio is way too small. No place to change, move around. Very claustrophobic

First time there and I couldnt find someone who actually worked there. Had to ask a few friendly girls to help navigate the studio. Very fast-paced workout in pitch darkness.

The workout is intense but you always feel so good after.
Ritual Hot Yoga with Jenny
Fast paced, good yoga class

I really did not have a good experience with this class or studio. First, the class: This is NOT for beginners. I consider myself above a beginner level and could not follow. There is no guide to follow like a typical yoga class - they call out the position and have you know them exactly and be able to move into them very quickly. You only hold each pose for about 1 to 2 beats on the (very loud) music, so you lose a lot of the benefits of traditional yoga and find yourself lost very quickly. Second, the studio. As others have mentioned it is INCREDIBLY tiny and cramped. You can barely pass by another person in the hallway with the lockers. Do not try to change or shower here, the facilities are not equipped for that. This was very disappointing given the luxe amenities they claim to offer. The facility wasn't particularly clean and it is located below a medical marijuana distributor and it does smell like weed throughout the class.

Great hot yoga class with clear instructions and nice mediation at the beginning and end. The atmosphere of the studio is great and the staff were very supportive and nice being it was my first time. It is a tough class so make sure youre ready for that so it can be enjoyable and not strenuous!

Great space and excellent class and instructor! Challenging for all type of levels.

Loved the warm, dark atmosphere. Location in the Fidi was very cramped, but the instructor was helpful. I would go again at non-peak hours.
