Ritual Hot Yoga with Kayleigh
Class is more strictly choreographed than most yoga classes. Studio could use more showers for the number of patrons.
Ritual Hot Yoga with Hannah
The studio was cramped. They didnt provide towels for a hot yoga class (it was listed they did) and showers were tiny, no space to get ready as described.
Ritual Hot Yoga with Alexis
Class was too packed, too dark, too hot, and too fast paced for me (want to say that this is just my own experience!) to really feel like I'm getting a workout, and finding the mental space to let go like I do in most of my yoga classes. I really liked the teacher and the music, but when you hold one breath per pose for 50 minutes in 100 degrees I was almost on the verge of passing out, and my balance was definitely effected because you are essentially doing practice in the dark with no ability to find a drishti. Not sure that this is for me, but lots of others seem to be a big fan. Teacher was great otherwise!
Ritual Hot Yoga with Alexis
This was the worst instructor i ever had. She was talking extremely fast and unclear, the class was confused, paralyzed, out of sync, nobody knew what to do, and she wouldnt slow down. Very ineffective. Some of us gave up listening to her and started doing our own thing. This is a great studio but Alexis is not a good instructor.
Ritual Hot Yoga with Alexis
The instructors voice was too low so it was difficult to hear what position was next. Loved the message at the end, lasted 5 seconds longer than normal :)
Ritual Hot Yoga with Sophie
The gimmick is that the teacher gives rapid-fire instructions with no downtime or pausing to move the class quickly through complicated flow sequences, so its a mental challenge (as well as a physical one) to keep up. I thought this was an interesting way to test myself, but its not something Id do on the regs. Not for beginners.

Love this class!
Ritual Hot Yoga with Sophie
Always a great workout at Ritual. Good instructors, incorporates strength training with cardio, and love the cooling towels at the end.
Ritual Hot Yoga with Sophie
Really smelly mats.
Ritual Hot Yoga with Sophie
the flow of this class was faster paced than what i'm normally used to since you flow to the beat of the music, but it makes for an awesome workout! entering and exiting the studio is kind of hectic since hallways are small but aside from that, the class is a great experience!
